“Muy limpio”

“The Mexican lady at the front desk was very nice. The hotel was clean and a walking distance from the town.”

“Clean room lovely view. Breakfast was good, but could do with a bit more choice. Not far to walk to town . My only dislike was the AC . It was extremely noisy. I had to use earplugs. So did not get the good nights sleep l needed and expected.”

“Very clean,”

“It was quite nice for an older property. It was nicely refurbished, well maintained and convenient to local amenities.”

“Room was nice space. Parking was easy and close. Close walk to town and harbor.”

“간단한 조식 좋았고 걸어서 유적지 구경을 갈만한 거리에 있어요. 체크아웃 이후에도 2시 정도까지는 차량 주차를 허락해주어서 감사했어요.”

“Good bargain for a clean & comfortable place.”

“Everything was great!!! The Only thing I didn't like was that the marina was charging 25,00 per day to park our trailers over nigth on a field and we where staying at the resort :((”

“This property and staff were incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed the lower and upper balconies which overlooks the Matanzas river. The included breakfast was personalized and very good. The evening social was a good time to enjoy the other guests while having a complementary cold beverage. I can't praise the staff enough, constantly asking if they can do anything else for us. Amazing. We will definitely return.”

“Great”

“Our view from an upgraded balcony room was overlooking an almost empty parking lot. This is not an upgrade!”

“The location met our needs. The bathroom water pressure was low. The breakfast option was acceptable. Hot food was cold and needed reheating in the microwave. Staff were friendly.”

“We have always had a great experience at Casa Monica, but with this past stay, there was no hot water. The staff was informed but nothing changed during our stay. We were also given the wrong room at first. I booked a suite with one king, and my husband and I walked into a room with 2 queens. We were like nope, not going to work! They did find us another room but we did not get the suite like I had booked.”

“The tile floor in the bathroom was cracked so badly that every time we stepped in there the pieces felt like they were going to pop out. The towel holders were broken & hanging down. There is a barn style door for the bathroom so no lock and very little privacy when going to the toilet.”
