Very nice resort just steps from the ocean. The pools, layout, and landscaping are lovely. Great location close to the airport, and our third floor room had a nice view of the ocean. :)

The room was clean and really cute. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The mango tea in the front lobby was delicious and their gift shop had tons of snacks, toiletries, a Starbucks, and cute gifts. I really liked the setup of the pool to beach area as well. This resort isn’t massive, like some, which I thought was a real plus. It was totally manageable.

The staff was great! The actual hotel was being remodeled during my stay and the rooms shown on the website were not all up to date. Kauai gets a lot of rain and the hallway ceiling connecting the different buildings were leaking leading to wet carpets. Although it was being renovated, a notice of the current construction, closure of one of the restaurants and condition of the hotel should have been transparent.
