Great location close to the train stations and points of interest. Room wasn’t ready on arrival at check in time but this wasn’t a problem as they happily took our bags. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was okay. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Though the breakfast was atrocious (not worth paying for in any way, shape or form), the room smelt very strongly of vinegar when we first arrived and it felt a little run down.

Very pleased with our stay at Boa Hotel. The room was lovely and clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They were able to recommend some restaurants for dinner, which were within walking distance (20 mins). Hotel location was just 10 mins from Eurostar station and just 5 mins to the shopping areas. All in all, I would happily stay here again.

Great place as a base to explore Lille

Fantastic hotel, nothing to complain about at all! Easy walk from the train station, central to Lille and local attractions. Would certainly recommend and stay again!

We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade - which was fabulous- the room was faultless - the service (which we didn’t need much of) was friendly and useful, the most useful of which was how much of Lille would be closed on 1st May. Would I stay there again - yes please

Boa Hotel - Great Choice

This is a great hotel in an area perhaps not befitting the quality of the hotel. But don't let that put you off. It's in Lille centre and within walking distance of everything, it's quiet, the service is great, the rooms are clean and comfy, and the breakfast is good. For me there's no complaint I can make about the hotel or the staff.

Good hotel

Excellent service at the reception desk, good breakfast. The experience was spoilt by fire alarm evacuation at 1am. No staff available to let us know what was going on, no apologies from the hotel

Very comfortable stay. Main sites and restaurants walkable. Convenient for stations. Staff very attentive and helpful. Only complaint was that you could hear a lot of noise from the back of the building at night (noisy neighbours maybe?). More black teabags in the room would have been nice too. Overall, very nice stay.

A very central nice small boutique hotel.Very friendly service. Rooms nicely decorated. Elevator was making noise and was a bit scary due to that. Very good breakfast; focus on quality instead of quantity was much appreciated. Will return!

Nice little hotel best beds we’ve had since leaving Canada. The location is wonderful with the exception of being directly outside some shady business's that have even shadier and unique characters. Except for that the staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating and we really enjoyed and appreciated the few extra steps taken to make our stay more enjoying like the L’occtaine products and daily refills of snacks, drinks and treats from the local bakery.
