Buena opción para el aeropuerto

Excelente ubicación para conexiones con el aeropuerto. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Lo único es que temporalmente están construyendo el metro y hay enrrejado colonial por lo que a los taxis o ubers se les complica un poco accesar pero en todo lo demás es excelente, la atención, la comodidad y la limpieza.

The folks at Kangaroo Wasi had good customer service and communication! The onsite laundry service was completed well and in a timely manner and was affordable. They also cleaned the room well after the first day and restocked the towels which kept the room clean. The property is also within easy walking distance to groceries and bus lines.

We stayed here overnight between flights. It's not too far from the airport, though the traffic will strongly influence how long it takes to travel. A taxi each way costs 40 soles, 80 soles total (not the 30 soles stated by the hotel). The accommodation was fine- had everything we needed. Breakfast isn't served until 0800. Since we left before then, we were given a paper bag with wafers, an apple, and orange juice.

Good enough while we wait to go to the airport

The stay was fairly good for what we were there for. We only stayed overnight, got in late and left before breakfast. They provided us with a bagged breakfast for the airport - crackers, a cereal bar, an apple and a juice box. The room we stayed in was very small, and they were picky about which of the two bathrooms we used. The second time we stayed, on our way out of Peru, another group came in around 1:00 am and they made a lot of noise. I woke up and went to use the bathroom, and someone was in "mine". The hosts would not let me use the other bathroom, even though there was someone in the one I was supposed to use! Very frustrating... It was clean enough, good showers with shampoo and soap in the showers.

Arrival in Lima

Booked 2 nights stay on arrival in Peru. Slightly concerned as the taxi driver said it was a bad area and would we like him to find us another hotel! The room was good, kitchen well appointed and the bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept on! So room is great, service is attentive bit not sure on location. We got a taxi out so no problems!
