I travel for work and stay in a lot of motels/ hotels and this by far was the worst. Never again.

The place wasn't clean at all and at 70.00 a night they should have better showers and towels that are clean and bedding that needed washed. We won't be back

Spur-of-the-moment stop

It was a last-minute stop. I was very tired and couldn't quite make it all the way back to Columbus. German attack me in this very pleasant we had a very nice conversation all the guests were nice it was overall very pleasant. It was also my dog's first day to motel or hotel he loved it

Lifted up the mattress pad to check for bedbugs and the mattress was black at the corners like it was drug in something. Liquid soap left in shower from a previous patron, multi outlet behind desk was filthy, stains on both chairs, curtains anchored to walls with electrical tape, two towels total for two people were extremely thin.

Quaint motor lodge

Quaint 1950s type motor lodge! Yes, it is old, but the people were accommodating and the area was quiet and safe. If you don't care about fancy, this is a great place at a great price. Even had a refrigerator and microwave!

the stay...

HMM, well the location is outdated, however the room was clean and sufficient for my requirement. The front desk gentleman was very pleasant and kind. toiletries left a lot to be desired (went to Walmart to buy soap) , not enough soap to lather for a shower, no other items but towels, bed was very comfortable, A/C worked well. Even though its outdated and minimal it was good.

Budget but OK

If you need a place to stay in this town you are OK here. It is low budget but the owner was nice and helpful. This is a low budget hotel used mostly by energy company field construction crews. But there is nothing wrong with that. Just don't expect any frills and you shouldn't be disappointed.

A well-run and very friendly no-frills motel at a good price. If you want a bed, peace and quiet and a friendly face for $50, this is the place for you.

A family emergency

First off, the customer service was excellent and I usually don't get to say that a lot these days. The manager just bought the property a week before our stay and was on top of his game. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was a dream. The only things I have negative comments to say is that the drive way was like going off roading, very pitted with potholes, and the other was the bathtub needed to be replaced. But it is an older property and it will take the new management some time to update the property. But these small complaints are nothing. I would stay here again hands down. Good job.

The Worst

By far the worst place I have ever stayed. Sheets did not fit the beds and came off within seconds. Every appliance plugged into one power cord; I'm certain this would never pass code. The room and the front office have a really strange smell - chemical. The grounds were covered in dog poop....I and the other guest picked up ours but the permanent residents let their dogs run free and go where ever. Room was cramped and filthy. Never again. Place should be condemned.

All rooms are the same when sleeping!

Low price hotel 40 miles from an event I wanted to see on a Saturday night. Friendly staff and efficient check in, exterior of motel deteriorated and old furniture in breezeway. But room was clean, tv was good, bed was ok and the location was perfect.
