Boutique at it’s best

A fantastic find an outstanding property. Check-in was flawless. Staff was friendly and no language issued. Location is great near shopping, restaurants and large grocery store. Property is located on a promenade. When arriving it is necessary to walk 300 to 400 feet depending on from which direction you enter. The bed was comfortable room minimalistic. Warning if you are a gadget person, cell, tablet and computer bring a power strip or power outlet tower. There is only one double outlet in the room. They have a complementary breakfast. It is a buffet with an array of fresh fruits, breads, cereal, milk, juices and coffee. The meats were sausage and wieners. They will additional prepare eggs. I was very impressed and highly recommend the property. It is only 2 floors and does not have an elevator. That is a negative if you have mobility issues. Personally it would be great if they added a mini fridge to the room.

We booked this hotel last minute for a few nights after flights changed on us. The second we walked into our room it felt dirty and it was so loud. Then we looked at the bed and there was multiple stains all over the bed. We left the room immediately and asked the front desk if we could cancel our reservation and just leave because how in the world do you not notice something like that. To make things better, the front desk said there was no more housekeeping there and they couldn’t switch our rooms so basically they did not offer to help at all. The hotel did not accept our refund request and Expedia did nothing about it at all so I ended up having to dispute with my bank. Felt very unsafe at this hotel, it was so dirty everywhere, and it was so loud!!

Passei duas noites rmma viagem sozinho e achei as instalações muito confortáveis e a localização é excelente em Miraflores. Algumas considerações: 1) o apartamento é baixo, tem só dois andares, por isso não tem elevador (mas eles te ajudam a subir a mala) 2) era muito fácil ouvir o barulho do corredor do hotel, mas já sabendo disso, levei um protetor auricular e dormi bem

Reserve con tarata y el mismo día me anunciaron que tenían problemas de Daño en tubería y me reubicarían en otro hotel Yo reservé en tarata porque tenía competencia cerca y me reubicaron en otro hotel lejos de mi competencia La reubicación fue en un hotel de mucha menor categoría y no me reembolsaron nada sólo me pagaron el taxi como compensaCion lo cual es hasta vergonzoso Si hace la reubicación debe ser hotel igual o de mejor categoría no peor

Grata surpresa no coração de Miraflores

Localização excelente em uma propriedade reformada, pelo que se percebe. Camas confortáveis, mas com pouco espaço de circulação. Sentimos falta de um frigobar e da porta do box, pois acaba molhando o banheiro ao tomar banho. Café da manhã muito bom. Colaboradores solícitos e dispostos a auxiliar no que precisar.

En general estuvo bien la estadía, excelente ubicación, desayuno un poco pequeño, se demoran un poco en reponer lo que se termina. En los baños no hay colgadores para las toallas y hacen bastante falta.
