The staff was great about offering amenities in the lobby area that pertained to community events. They held a "tailgate" the night before a home Husker game and also had yummy snacks available for guests in the evening! Definitely loved the coffee available and the soft-serve machine! Would come back!

Garden atmosphere was cozy and well maintained. Soft-serve ice cream and lots of different beverages in the lobby. They put on a tailgate party for us the evening before the game and a good breakfast line in the morning.

I love Annabelle Gardens. I've stayed there numerous times over the years whenever I need lodging in Lincoln, NE. The staff is absolutely the best. The units feel like home. The grounds are well-kept, and the gazebo in the common area is fantastic for hanging out in nice weather.

The rooms were spotless, the beds very comfortable, the grounds were maintained well but we came in the fall after it rained for a month straight so there is a lot of mud and tire tracks from mowers in the grass areas. Overall extremely happy with our stay and we will return next year for the dog show again!

Extremely clean. Super attentive. Beautiful grounds. Nice to always have someone at the front desk, if needed. Awesome staff. 24/7 coffee, hot chocolate, ice cream or slushie, water and fruit was a nice bonus. Convenient walk to Gateway Mall or St Elizabeth Hospital. Grateful for this place.
