“Clean and neat room, reasonable. Old motel and shows signs of being dated. I actually like that about this place. Not a boring sterile modern room. However, very clean and well taken care of. ”

“It was a very comfortable stay. They were very courteous and friendly staff there. The restaurant across the street and at the lodge were very popular and the food was great at both places. We went to ice castles and it was very close to there. And the pool was a definite plus& all had a great time! We'll revisit again.”

“The room was great, full size kitchen and kitchenware available. The heated pool was clean and warm inside and out. The restaurants in the hotel had great service and delicious options. A great place for families with many activities for kids including a game room. Highly recommend :)”

“It’s a little old and dated, but it has everything I need. As someone who frequently travels to the area for recreation, this place is one of my go-to places to stay. Balcony rooms are always reasonably priced, comfortable, and quiet. Staff is always friendly and helpful. ”

“Have stayed twice and the rooms are clean and beds are comfy with a memory foam topper. My stay this time was a bit tarnished, though. Friends booked a separate room for one night directly with the motel, but the booking system had a glitch/error. The motel system booked them for different dates, even though my friend's confirmation email from them was correct. Without going into too many details, it would have been nice if the managers were given some leeway to make decisions to provide great...

“Average lodge in Jackson. Lot was clear of snow and ice. Minimal interaction with staff. Easy check in/out. Room was poorly cleaned prior to arrival (left over hair in shower, ?dirt stains on comforter). Hot water heater is set very high, be careful, especially with children, it could easily burn you. ”
