The room was absolutely spotless, and it smelled good upon entrance, they had the TV set up, welcoming me with my name on on the screen, the staff was super friendly, and I enjoyed that you could just text them, should you need anything, instead of calling the front desk, which is still an option. The texting was just very convenient, especially with it being an actual person. I would definitely love to stay here again.
Spacious room. Beautiful renovations. I was overwhelmed with how nice the room was. The only downfall is the shower had very low water pressure and didn't get hot. Wonderful place! I will definitely be back!!!
I liked the size and facilities. Everything was updated and I was given help when I needed it. In the room I had, the sound of water was a little louder than I expected, and I was offered a different room, but I stayed put. The breakfast area offered a nice variety of food and the area was ver clean with helpful servers. The only downside was the parking situation which was probably unavoidable. It was certainly much nicer than the place I stayed afterwards.

Apparently it’s a brand new hotel. It was perfect. Very clean. Very comfy. Very cool. And very convenient parking. Great location for lots of things to do within walking distance.
The room was clean, new and refreshing. The hotel has recently opened so all is new. We has a suite. The bed was super comfy. Good water pressure. My only complaint and not the hotels fault, is that our room looked out to O St and on Friday and Saturday night from 9 to 1am, the cars race and hot rod up and down the street. It was very loud and non stop. Make sure to pack some ear plugs, just in case you are on that side. Or better yet perhaps the hotel could stock some for their early to bed customers.

Staff was extremely friendly and multiple roles reached out to ask if everything was going okay. Only 'issue' is due to the open ceilings in the rooms - you can hear the water (and more) rushing through the exposed pipe directly above your head. The first night we thought a pipe had burst and water was leaking, but it was just the water in the plumbing itself. Not ideal, but it's something that may be worth looking into covering in the future.

The rooms were super clean. Comfortable beds. But the noise from the street is absolutely horrendous. All hours of the night cars honking revving their engines and it was like they were right in the room. If you have a child with you I highly do not recommend this hotel. We had a sound machine going and it still was loud street noise. The wall with all of the different nozzles of beer, margaritas, and different drinks was great aside from the fact that you could get maybe 2 cups and then it would turn you off for a certain amount of time. So each person has to get their own card. You can’t get one card with a lot of money on it and serve a lot of people. The staff was super friendly super accommodative. It’s just that noise on the street. Would stress us away from it unless they could put us on the clear back to the back of the hotel to where maybe we couldn’t hear it. The breakfast was fantastic. Coffee was amazing.
A new property with large rooms. Decor is more modern and it feels a little industrial with a high ceiling and cinder block outer wall. The location is a little bit further from the heart of the Haymarket area than other hotels.
