I like the beautiful 1909 house converted into a bed and bath. The place was very well maintained and gave you the feeling of living in the early 1900s. The first floor had the formal receiving room beautifully furnished, the informal living room with leather seats and fireplace, breakfast area fridge for you to put your perishables in, and formal dining room where breakfast was served. The bedrooms were in the second and third floors with wood floors and individually set up which gave you a warm homely feeling.

Really nice, excellent location, very quiet and safe. Felt a little like an unfinished project, I.e. no bedside lamps, no bedroom decorations, shower in our room was difficult as controls were behind the shower curtain. Using the side door also a bit awkward I.e. if sitting on the front patio. Would definitely stay again but some minor tweaks would make it even better.

What a beautiful historical home, meticulously restored and furnished. Excellent location, safe neighborhood, easy access to restaurants. Nice bath sheets and linens including bathrobes. Lovely. We were on the third floor in room 7-Norma. If you can’t climb stairs, be sure to get a room on a lower floor. The only suggestion I have is to extend breakfast hours. Breakfast is served from 8-9. Several of us were already in the casual living room at 7 and none of us could get the coffee maker to work after reading the instructions provided. The kitchen help offered drip coffee, French press, or lattes, so we were good to go.

Absolutely beautiful bed and breakfast! We live in Lincoln and wanted an overnight staycation and this place was perfect. The soaking tub in the bathroom was absolutely amazing, and the hostess serving breakfast was so sweet the breakfast itself was very tasty. We will definitely come back!

The historic home was a beautiful place to stay. We were in the Dorthy room, which was lovely, however it would be even better if it had two chairs and a small end table, and if you could have access to a simple coffee maker to grab a cup before breakfast would be awesome!

Beautiful old house in a quiet neighborhood.

Great short stay in this old mansion. They decor seemed to match the time period. Very peaceful and quiet. Room was very comfortable. I enjoyed the antique bathtub, water was VERY hot. One suggestion would be to add a water/ice machine that's accessible to guests. Over all a very relaxing stay.

The host was very gracious and thoughtful in our welcome. He shared wonderful stories about the history of the property and the work done to restore it. The spaces were beautifully redone. We enjoyed the spacious porch and our comfortable room. Unfortunately, the breakfast was meager - basically a continental breakfast with no seconds - and the serving staff was inexperienced. We’d love to come back and see the breakfast experience improved! With the exception of the breakfast, we’d heartily recommend staying here!

The B&B is lovely…that said, the yard is a work in progress and the parking is just so so. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable, but the staff is not always available…you have to call to reach them. They are accommodating though….I left something in the room and they called to see where to mail it to.

This is a beautiful, well-kept old home. Todd is a great host and takes great pride this place. Our room was clean and very well appointed with lovely antiques, as well as, amenities including shower gel, shampoo & conditioner dispensers and a hair dryer. Breakfast was served around the dining room table consisting of a fruit plate, meats, cheeses, breads from a local bakery and a good selection of teas and coffee.
