The room was dated to say the least, all the furniture is ready for the skip, it needs redecorating and a new bathroom. If the price was £60 I’d understand but £175 was shocking! I have photos if needed. Extremely disappointed and feel like I’ve been ripped off!

Lovely period hotel. Maybe a bit worn looking in places, but convenient to best parts of Lincoln and well managed. Service at check-in and in the lounge was excellent. Needs freshening, but the style is great and the rooms are very comfortable with great views of the Cathedral.
