"We were unsure about booking this due to mixed reviews, but with limited availability for a last minute trip, we did and were very pleased. Room finishings were kind of dated, but it was clean. Check in was efficient, and breakfast looked decent. Breakfast attendant was helpful and cheerful. I didn't care for the coffee (very weak) but no big deal, and there is a starbucks very close by. We had an issue with a slow shower drain, but they were able to come fix it without an issue. Overall convenient, I loved parking right near our room door, close enough to get back and forth to the car easily."

"This hotel is simply amazing! I stayed here for a football weekend and I must say it was perfect. It’s so clean and smells great. The staff is just as amazing. Upon arrival, I met Larry at the front desk and he was so welcoming as he’s polite, professional and nice. He spoke to everyone as they arrived. The ladies at the desk were just as nice and hospitable and always had a smile on their face. The rooms were clean from every area of the suite. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and towels were clean! I would definitely stay there every time I visit Fayetteville, Arkansas!"

"Everything was wonderful, the atmosphere, the room was clean and nicely decorated. The bathtub was clean but probably needs to be replaced this year due to excessive wear and tear. Bar was noted on signage but not actually open yet. Breakfast was minimal and OK, but could have been better and items need to be checked periodically to see if they need to be updated, or added to supply. I would give the breakfast a 6/10 Not horrible but definitely could have been better. Thanks for asking for my opinion and feedback."

"I don't recall anything I didn't like. It was by far the cleanest hotel of the six hotels we stayed in during our vacation. The bed was very comfy and our breakfast there was better than any others we ate on our two week trip."
