"Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel and room were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast area was well kept, the food was great, and the breakfast staff was an absolute joy each morning. I felt safe, comfortable, and at ease the entire time. Everything about the stay was smooth and comfortable, and we would gladly return."

"Ridiculous that I had to pay an additional $10 to park, in the hotel lot. Please keep in mind this is not a city property. This is a property “out in the burbs” with PLENTY of parking. Next time I’ll stay at a Hyatt."
