"Our flight arrived after 3 pm and we drove to the location only to learn they can’t even open the door for you past 3pm. Then we could not reach anyone. No one responded. We were just left stranded. Horrible situation. We had to find and pay for another hotel hosting us great stress and money. "

"Complete nightmare. The holiday home was filthy on arrival: a dirty garbage bin, balcony covered in bird droppings, foul-smelling back wall, and unwashed dishes. We even had to clean up items left by previous guests. Despite this, DanCenter is charging a €30 cleaning fee, claiming we left it dirty. This is an outright lie, and we have photos to prove it. "A lovely place to stay when visiting Ribe. Easy walk in to town about 8 mins away. Family friendly, in fact kid enthusiastic- a large playground onsite. Car friendly with parking nearby, but for us the 12 minute walk to the train station was scenic and enjoyable. The breakfast consisted of slices of bread, buns, cheeses, individual portioned jams and butter. Along with boxed apple juice. All good, but not very exciting."

"Characteristic old hotel in the very old town of Ribe. It felt like we went back in time. The shared bathroom for 3 rooms worked fine. Loved the slanted floors. Owner is friendly and fun.
