“We enjoyed all aspects of our stay at this family owned property. The location provides easy access to local attractions and is close to the Autobahn. The accommodations were clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was a tasty selection of breads and various deli-type accompaniments. The staff were friendly and attentive. Grüner Sand met all of our expectations and we intend to stay there again during our next visit to Germany.”

“Das Hotel bzw. das Zimmer entsprach nicht dem, was ich gebucht hatte: Ich hatte ein (teureres) Businesszimmer gebucht, bekam aber ein heruntergewirtschaftetes Monteurzimmer mit Spinnweben, dreckiger Tischdecke, dreckigem Fußboden, defekter und uralter Inneneinrichtung etc. Die Fenster boten keinen Schallschutz vor dem Lärm der direkt vor dem Haus verlaufenden Hauptverkehrsstraße. Im Zimmer war geraucht worden. Check-out war um 9 Uhr und nicht, wie in der Buchung angegeben, um 12 Uhr.”
