"Had the most incredible stay here, Andrada in particular was super helpful throughout, all the way from booking confirmation to post check out! They were perfect hosts x My friend and I stayed in apartment 7 and the pictures do not do it justice, it was a huge apartment with so much space for our stuff. My friend stayed in the double bedroom and struggled to get up with how comfy the bed was!! the sofa bed was really comfortable too especially with the high quality pillows! The smart tvs were a great addition, perfect to log into your streaming services for a bit of downtime after a full day of exploring! Big props to the coffee machine too, the pods were amazing! In terms of cleanliness I couldnt fault it one bit, everything was spotless from top to bottom. I love how modern and minimalist the whole apartment was, the artwork/photography around the apartment was stunning and every detail throughout was just outstanding. Location was the best of both worlds, right in the middle of Old Town in all of the hustle and bustle of Bucharest, but on a slightly quieter street so wasn’t interrupted by any outdoor noise which was needed! Everything was easy to access to our apartment whether by walking or bus so again couldnt have picked a better place to stay! Thank you so so much to the Old Town Snail Team for the most incredible first trip to Bucharest, I will definitely be back here again! "

"This is an excellent and beautiful hotel, located in a nice part of Bucharest. It's close enough to the Old Town that you can easily access all of the cool things there, but it's separate enough to be calm and quiet. It's right across the street from both the new Romanian National Cathedral and the old Palace of the Parliament, two places worth visiting. Our room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The phone had an "at your service" button which could be used for any requests and which we really appreciated. We requested chocolate covered strawberries be delivered to the room every day at 10 am, and they arrived every day right on time and were delicious. The hotel is large and has several restaurants. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant, the Steak House and the Sports Bar the most. The Sports Bar has a pool table, dart boards, ping pong and foosball, all of which were great. The hotel spa is excellent and was a highlight of our stay. Our only complaint is that the television in the room was unable to connect to the internet or to our phones, despite the television screen itself saying that both things were possible. The hotel later confirmed that the television completely lacked internet connectivity. A more modern television would be appreciated and expected in 2026. Overall, this is an awesome hotel and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bucharest."

"Clean room well located helpful staff delicious and plentiful breakfast. Bed was comfortable and safe location. They even packed us a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave before service for our castle tour. Very thoughtful."

"Room layout is strange. Toilet toom has no sink, need to go around to the shower room. Closet is extremely narrow."

"Everything was very good. The food at the bar was excellent and so was the service Friday and saturday between 7 to 9 pm. The breakfast was huge; there was a lot of choice. The room was clean but very far from the elevator and noisy since it was on the 2nd floor directly on the street."
