Easily the best place we stayed in Spain and Portugal. Awesome location, drove in and they took care of the car. Majestic, beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean and nicely decorated with an elegance from a five star hotel, Breakfast was tasty and pleantiful. Lovely property!

Beautiful property in a great location. We had an unexpected medical issue and the Concierge was very helpful in directing us to a doctor. Many thanks to the Concierge and the rest of the staff for a lovely visit.

I loved staying at this hotel! Incredible customer service, rooms were cleaned twice a day. Helpful and friendly staff! Wonderful breakfast buffet. Hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to most of the sites in Lisbon.

The room was clean and the linens were very nice. The pillows were dreamy. The staff were very pleasant. The furniture was dated, a little worn and could have used a refresh. No streaming service available on the TV, but a pleasant experience with a lovely breakfast.

A magnificent and elegant classic hotel with more than a century of history, perfectly located right beside Rossio Square and the terminal station, making it exceptionally convenient for exploring every part of Lisbon. Breakfast is served in the grand main dining room beyond the ballroom, where the impressive variety of dishes is sure to delight you. The concierge team was exceptionally kind, attentive and dedicated throughout our stay. We have nothing but gratitude for their wonderful hospitality.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very close to the middle of town (walkable to everything), has AC (necessary in Portugal), has car parking in front of the hotel and has a staff that is there for your every need. The buffet is excellent and we received small "gifts" every night! Definitely fantastic!

The staff was very helpful. Paolo was very nice to help us with a day trip. The cleaning staff were very good having the room clean. Breakfast room was amazing. Having breakfast in a palace makes you feel like a royal. Bar area looks like great.

An old building full of character this is certainly an interesting place to stay. The furniture in the rooms could certainly do with an update but the hotel is very well placed for exploring Lisbon and the buffet breakfast is one of the best we’ve had. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room was nice and cold. Staff were great and the location was excellent. Short walk opposite from the beach to cool local neighborhoods while still being close enough to the tourist attractions. Having the train station attached to the hotel was perfect for getting to and from Sintra. Highly recommended.
