Good location at the end of Pink Street and a block away from the Time Out Market. Bedroom is ok but extremely loud on the streets. Bathroom in the hallway and shower area is very small.

The host was excellent with the communication (almost instant). The interior of the apartment has quite a unique feel to it. I'm from the US, so I appreciated the colonial style interior with tall ceiling height (well above 15 feet) and the large windows. The rooms are so spacious!!! The arrangement for the breakfast was also so convenient. Every morning they replenish the breakfast at the time the guest wants. Check-in and check-out was also quite easy. The one big challenge was that my apartment was on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator. But, you are not going to find many buildings in this area with elevators. If you'd like to stay in Lisbon old downtown, this is going to be such a great apartment because everything is so accessible. I do want to warn that there were parties at the restaurants downstairs, around the building. So, it would get loud until 4am. There was any music or such, but it's just loud people trying to have a great time. Overall, a great experience that you're going to find as good as any other apartment in this area. Good luck. Thank you to the host for being so helpful. We appreciated our stay very much.

Description of the place “room, with your own bathroom, city view (external)” means that the bathroom is external and in between two other rooms - lack of privacy. I was also contacted several times during 4 nights stop about payment (delay was on the side of agency not mine) - I find it very unprofessional! Room itself was very clean but also very loud in the morning as the kitchen was near to it, have in mind that in the evening when window is opened it’s really loud from the street. Bathroom was clean but has such a small shower you will have problems with moving there. All in all, do not recommend staying in that place in a room with external bathroom.

We stayed at this B&B for our one night in Lisbon. We were pleasantly surprised at the spacious accommodations. For my wife and two young adults and I we had a good size 2 bdr apartment in the heart of Lisbon's downtown area. There was no ac on very hot day but the tall ceilings kept it relatively cool. We had fun people watching the chaos below. The new windows kept the noise below at bay.

Confirmed my stay via email, was not sent through email or Expedia any instructions for check-in, and when we arrived host was not answering phone. It took an hour to get into the property. I don’t understand why check in instructions weren’t sent upon confirmation. Host not answering phone was very common. Asked for new towels and we didn’t get a response till the next day. Also property tax is only accepted by cash and she would never get back to me on when a good time to hand over the cash was. Bathroom was private, however it was unattached from the bedroom which I wasn’t aware of. Room getting serviced is not a thing which is fine, just don’t expect it. I just wish host was communicative and easy to get a hold of

Beautiful building and a fantastic apartment.Close to everything but too close. The streets below are VERY lively and the parties continued on until 4 am. Aside from that I would highly recommend.

This is budget accommodation. We stayed in a room with an ensuite bathroom. The venue has two other rooms and a communal kitchen. It is a very old building undergoing external renovations. While there is no air conditioning it is difficult to keep the windows open due to street noise and very hot in summer. A strong smell comes from the bathrooms in the building, likely from old drainage. We would not stay here again.

Tökéletes helyen van, több szupermarket is van a közelben, a belváros 10 perc gyalog, de minden is közel van. A szoba nagy, a fürdőszoba bent van és szép tiszta minden. 3 szobához tartozik egy jól felszerelt konyha nagy hűtővel, de főzhetsz is, klassz az egész. Éjszaka zajos, de be kell zárni az ablakot és akkor minden rendben van. Szerettük.

A hospedagem estava limpa e confortável porém o banheiro não ficava dentro do nosso quarto e isso foi um incomodo pra nos pois são 3 quartos no mesmo local comum. A anfitriã foi muito atenciosa tudo estava impecável, só não gostamos mesmo do banheiro privativo fora do quarto. Saímos na madrugada e o local era bem estranho nesse horário.

Ficamos em um apartamento bem grande, tinha cozinha, sala, muito bom. A minha única ressalva é com o prédio, as escadas são antigas e a luz só liga quando chegamos ao segundo andar, então é um problema quando chega a noite. O prédio está em reforma, então tem homens em andaimes na altura da janela. Fora isso, o apartamento é ótimo. Vale a pena ficar, até porque a localização é maravilhosa e o café da manhã ajuda muito, a moça que faz o café é super simpática e caprichosa.
