The property is so classyyyy and special but the region is so dirty full of indians and pakestanians the stinky smell and the durt is everywhere . I wish this classy hotel is outside this region or a little bit far from where its located

Really hot in the room and air on does not go below 20. Carpeted rooms added to the heat. Really clean and great friendly staff just the room was a little off for my taste. Mirrors everywhere including in the WC and shower. The walk back from the centre isn’t very pleasant so I’d get the metro which is perfectly located.

The hotel is lovely area surrounding not so much. The room was beautiful. Towels very worn. Loud traffic with windows open but quiet with the closed. Great for one night.

The best hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in, electric curtains and blinds, very clean and tidy, Jessica on check in was very helpfully, my family stayed at a different hotel down the road and all wished they stayed here. Definitely would stay here again without a doubt. The hotel is very clean breakfast has a good choice l, bacon, scrambled egg, mushrooms, fruit, cheese, Ham, toast, coffee machine, juices, water, pastries ect.
