The hotel is in good neighborhood. Easy access to metro. The bathroom design is terrible and doesn’t provide privacy at all. The curtain needles to said it didn’t work to block the view of the bathroom as intended. Not for family, only for individual business travelers.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. A great place to stay if you are visiting for business reasons and don't need to spend all the time in the room. Room design may not be to everyone's taste but it was the location that was key. Not far from the airport and the hotel has a good breakfast, a basic gym, swimming pool, steam room and sauna.

I really enjoyed this hotel from the moment that I called. The front desk was friendly, professional, and positive. Upon being welcome into the establishment. The hospitality was top notch. Met with smiles, charisma, and a bit of sex-appeal. The bartenders and even the patrons were all very friendly. I also enjoyed the workout area and that it was open 24 hours. The the bathrooms in the rooms are little strange. Luckily, I was staying alone. But if I was with someone that I didn’t know so well, it would be a little strange with the way the toilets are arranged. Overall, I really like this hotel. It’s a bit away from the center city. But I’m fine with that.

There was an airport shuttle listed with this hotel but the staff were clueless about it, so we ended up taking an uber at the end. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine and this wasn’t in our room when we arrived. We had to request it several times. Our messages were ignored and it was only half a bottle, not a full size bottle. I was disappointed with the hospitality. Other than that the hotel was clean and near a shopping centre with a variety of places for a quick lunch.

This was a great hotel and if I'm ever visiting Portugal again I would definitely stay here. The food was decent for hotel food took while to come but still good. A lot of shopping areas within walking distance.
