This was a great hotel and if I'm ever visiting Portugal again I would definitely stay here. The food was decent for hotel food took while to come but still good. A lot of shopping areas within walking distance.

The guest rooms, lounges, and restaurant were spotlessly clean. The staff, both reception and servers, were polite and helpful. While my family's stay in Lisbon was primarily a vacation get-away, my son did need to meet with a business client in one of the open areas on the mezzanine level. It was comfortable (nicely stocked "bar" with water, coffee and tea), bright, and private but open and a staff member walked through the area every 15 minutes or so. This was not intrusive, and was, I'm sure, intended to ensure that single business people felt safe.

Room was amazing. Staff were great, very welcoming… especially G. Room service food was delicious and we loved the pool and sauna over-looking our bit of the city. Sound proofing was great. Bed was really big and very comfortable. Really handy to have a fridge in the room and we were close to metro and taxi’s.

Always a great stay, unfortunately something always doesn’t work. This time the room was super hot, 25+, and they couldn’t fix the AC. Parking went up in price compared to precious years. This is my 5th stay at this hotel. Sauna, pool, vibe, live DJ, restaurant are all good things about this hotel.

Great hotel. Perfect for a mix of coworking, spa and leisure. Next to metro red line so easy to get around Lisbon. Lots of local restaurants and shops to walk to. Staff were friendly, able to sort out a/c in room, clean and food and drinks were very nice. Room was a little strange with pods for toilet and shower and a curtain between beds rather than a separate room I would come back and stay again.

Great hotel, we loved it. Staff is super friendly, we had a noisy room and the receptionist directly asked us if we wanted to change the room and we did. We also received the VIP amenity. The room was comfortable and clean, although was a small amount of mold in the shower so cleanliness could have been better. The pool, sauna and hammam were the best part with an awesome view.
