The unit is exactly as described, it has all the amenities to make the stay very comfortable. The staffs are super nice and can communicate perfectly in English. The checkin process was very smooth. They provide unlimited supply of filtered water and if you need additional laundry pod or dishwasher detergent, they have no issue. Overall, we are very happy with our choice, it's however a bit away from the center but Bolt is very efficient and not expensive from a North America perspective.

The 1-bedroom suite was very comfortable and a great value - nicer than my first 2 apartments. Big kitchen, beautiful tall ceilings, classic accessories and sufficient privacy for 3 adult travelers. Wish we had had time to enjoy the bar and patio. Short walk to major tourist sites - a very comfortable place from which to tour Lisbon.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The apartment was even better than we expected—the pictures honestly don’t do it justice. We were only expecting one bathroom and were so excited to discover there were two! As a mom traveling with her son, that was a HUGE bonus! The staff was absolutely wonderful—so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. And the location could not have been better! We walked everywhere and were so close to many of the places we wanted to see. There were also some fantastic little restaurants nearby, which made the location even more perfect. I fell in love with Lisbon, and when I come back, there is no question where I’ll stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon. It truly felt like our home away from home! ❤️🇵🇹

We had 2 bedroom apartment with balcony. Rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean and air/con was independently adjustable. Beds were comfy and bathrooms (2)clean and stylish. We fell in love with this hotel. It is by no means cheap, but we think it's worth it.

Stayed in many apartment style rentals, this was the best! A perfect mix of the best of both worlds. Hotel style because it has a 24/7 staffed lobby, drink machine in lobby, courtyard seating area, and they clean your room daily if you’d like. Apartment rental because you have a whole fully furnished apt to yourself. Loved it and all the lobby staff were friendly.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—within easy walking distance of all the major sights, as well as several fantastic breakfast spots. The accommodations were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. We accidentally left my husband’s mouth guard behind, and they kindly kept it safe for us until we could return to pick it up. We truly appreciated their honesty and thoughtfulness. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautifully decorated, very clean room with a modern kitchen. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of desks, tables, chairs, and a complimentary coffee machine. It’s also an easy walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. The only issue was the shower drain, which was extremely slow. We informed the front desk and they sent someone to check it, but unfortunately there was no improvement.
