This is a very nice cute place to stay! The apartment is clean and has good features, just as pictured. Even though the overall size is small it feels very spacious. The bathroom and kitchen are nicely modeled. I felt right at home living here, it is comfortable. You will enjoy staying here. Amenities: Washer, hair dryer, cups, plates, silverware, cooking utensils and pans, dishwasher, microwave The downside to this apartment is it is loud. You can easily hear the people upstairs walking and I could even hear them snore if everything in my apartment was quite. The noise from the street is heard in the main room even with window closed, but you could not hear it in the bedroom. Overall the noise is fine and not a big issue until you get woken up by footsteps in the morning. Also, they did not answer any messages I sent them prior to start of stay. That being said I would use this apartment again because everything else was great!! I did enjoy my time at Portugal Ways!

Espartano!!!! Não é um hotel como anunciado e tem menos conveniências que um Airbnb. Não há sabonete, shampoo ou qualquer item mínimo de toalete. Lamentável chegar de viagem e ter que improvisar um banho. O prédio não tem elevador e as escadas até os andares superiores é íngrime. Como está localizado em uma região de acesso restrito para veículos automotores, Uber não chega até a porta do edifício, apenas taxis e transporte de passageiros autorizados. Isto tudo deve ser colocado na descrição do lugar porque se o hóspede tiver qualquer dificuldade de locomoção, a sua estadia será inviável.

This property was in the lovely old town off the beaten track. The check in and out was like clock work. The flats amenities were excellent, the flat comprised of a living room, bed room, kitchen and bathroom. We have access to a fully kitted out kitchen with a dish washer and the bathroom had a washer dryer. Would happily stay at this property again.

C'était très fonctionnel. Cependant, on entendait beaucoup les gens marcher en haut de notre logement. De plus c'est dur un peu avec les valises car il y a beaucoup de marche étroite.

Great location place was perfect for our needs ...floor was dirty ...when you took a shower the bottom of the shower was all dirt...on the first day!...couldn’t figure out how to work washer, maid didn’t know and when she called someone they ,didn’t know either...otherwise the place was ok ...would stay again for location

Great location

The apartments are in a great location with many local bars and good restaurants in the vicinity - yet remaining very quiet outside at night - some daily cleaning of towels and shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom would have been a nice addition.

Great location, noisy apartment, bad service

The location of the apartment is great, Alfama area is fantastic. The apartment is very poorly equipped. If you are renting apartment, you might want to cook at least a breakfast - no salt, oil etc. So it's basically a hotel. There where lots of noise frm the apartment upstair, every step they take - you hear it. And since they were up very early, they woke us up. So no sound isolation. Late check out : we wanted to check-out 1 h after - and got a message that it cost 20 euros (seriously???) and they we need to pay now, so cash. They couldn't charge our card like the hotels do? So the person in the office would just put 20 euros in her/his pocket? Then we decided to rush out and check-out at 11, and asked to keep our bag. They said 4 euros and we'll take it to our office - so couldn't leave it at the apartment. What kind of service is that? I'm definately NOT recommending this place only because of the service you get.

A localização do imóvel é excelente: perto do metrô, trem, barcas e farta em ônibus, bem no centro histórico de Lisboa. O apartamento oferece comodidades para o dia-a-dia. Tomávamos o café da manhã e voltávamos para banho, lanche e descanso noturno.

Eigentlich ist das Appartement sehr schön, geräumig, sauber, modern eingerichtet. Allerdings hatten wir das Appartement im Erdgeschoß mit den Fenstern direkt zu Straße. Da die Fenster nicht vergittert oder mit Läden sondern nur mit Innenabdeckungen versehen sind, ist bei gekippten oder geöffneten Fenstern jederzeit Einblick nach innen möglich. Das motiviert Passanten zu später Stunde gerne mal zur lautstarken Kontaktaufnahme. Schlafen war daher nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern und damit ohne Lüftung möglich :-((

Endroit bien situé. En plein cœur du quartier historique.Appartement numéro 1 système de climatisation un peu déficient,ça refroidis mais pas très puissant. Peut-êtres problème de nettoyage filtre ou thermos pompe? En période de chaleur difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres pas de rideaux pour un peu d’intimités,dues à la proximité des passants. Aussi il y a des invités qui s'infiltrent sous la portes d'entrée (cafards) petits problèmes facilement contrôlables ils sont de taille respectable donc faciles à éliminés.Mais à part de cela rien à redire . La personne responsable du ménage a été d'un accueil irréprochables.Nous a très bien accueillis et renseigné adéquatement.Bel endroit bien meublé.

We liked the convenient location and Alfama's cobble stone narrow streets. We liked the beautiful look of the tiled building. The apartment met all our needs. We liked that it was at ground level but we didn't like the musty smell and dampness of the apartment. We could have used an english manuel on how to use the washing machine! We enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. Obrigado!

Événement INADMISSIBLE!! Lors d'une journée hors de l'appartement, des travaux sur le lit ont été effectués sans que nous ayons été avertis. A notre retour dans l'appartement, de la poudre de plâtre était au sol et sur le lit, nos affaires étaient par terre et recouvertes de plâtre, dont mon appareil photo qui avait été allumé non pas par moi. Aucune réponse à notre message de réclamation! Attitude inadmissible et anti professionnelle!!

Das sehr geräumige Apartment war zwei Stufen tiefer als ebenerdig, aus diesem Grund konnte man nur ein Fenster öffnen, wenn man es im Blick behielt. Die ACs wälzten lediglich warme Luft um ohne sie zu kühlen - selten so geschwitzt in der Nacht.

昨年利用して、良かったので今年も利用した。 サンタアポローニャ駅から徒歩10分で、坂道を登らなければならないが、アルファマの街を楽しむには良い拠点だった。 排水口は匂うが、これはアパートなので仕方ないことと割りきれば問題なし。 残念だったのはTVが壊れていたこと。修理を頼んだが、滞在中に修理はされなかった。 その他、アメニティ、ティッシュは無いので持参必須。 豪華なホテルライフではなく、アルファマに住む体験をしたい人にはおすすめ。
