Lisbon stay

Staff were extremely attentive. I borrowed an adaptor for my iPhone and without that help I would have run out of battery. Room very comfortable, and an excellent inclusive breakfast.

My main issue with this hotel is that we asked to speak to the manager about an issue. The issue was not the fault of the hotel in any way but we were asking to see if a compromise could be made in a booking error. Again, it was not the hotel’s fault. However, when the manager did speak to us she chose to do so in front of several other guest. I feel this was highly inappropriate and embarrassing. We should have been spoken to privately. As for the hotel room, there was a red, raised stain on the carpet near the window. Also, I did not enjoy the see through shower in the middle of the room or the toilet cubicle, also in the middle of the room, that had no light. The breakfast was decent. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely boutique hotel. Our room was amazingly large…especially for Lisbon, the bathroom was also large with a fabulous shower…lots of pressure and hot water along with a large bathtub. Staff was very helpful making reservations and calling us a taxi. Breakfast was very good in a lovely sun filled room. Definitely would recommend!

This hotel is great for ease of getting downtown. One bus. Staff were very helpful. The room was small but clean and comfortable beds. Large bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. Very safe area and lots of restaurants to choose from. Not all take credit cards however.

I did not like the shower/tub. It was hard to take a shower. Room lighting was not good. I requested for a box breakfast as I am supposed to have a free meal. They instead gave a me a meal at 3:30am. It was nice for them to do that.

First I would like to say the picture they use for the property is not of the hotel property. It is a government building that the hotel is behind so that in its self is misleading. I did not find the hotel within walking distance to restaurants or shopping. You definitely need to Urber. The facility itself is run down and need a face lift. Carpeting in the lobby was worn and uneven so a tripping hazard. My room though large was funky and the design was out of the 80’s. The sofa and pillows were stained. And the lighting both in the room and bathroom was inadequate. I would never recommend or stay again. Staff was nice enough and it was quiet but that’s all I can really say positive about the facility.

Sehr ruhig. Man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Gerade für Menschen die sich schminken wollen müsste die Beleuchtung im Bad besser sein. Man fragt sich was der Planer beruflich gemacht hat.,Tolles Frühstück in heller Atmosphäre und nettes zuvorkommendes Personal.

Un hotel quelconque.

Séjour agréable malgré une meteo défavorable. L’hotel est trop cher . Dans la salle de bains un ampoule ne fonctionnait pas, ils n’ont pas pu la reparer Il fallait se lever pour eteindre la tete de lit.la qualité du petit déjeuner est moyenne. Les employés sont charmantes.
