Great value for a great stay!

It was a great stay with really nice support staff on ground. The housekeeper made sure that everthing was taken care of was really accommodating. Would be happy to come back any time

This place was awful. NO AIR CONDITIONING which is not mentioned anywhere on Expedia. Apparently, Expedia has that info but not listed anywhere. Would not have booked this place if I had known there was no air conditioning. No fans either and on top of that window was broken and couldn't be opened. Temp was close to 80 when I got there. Expedia was of no help finding me another room. Left within an hour of arriving. Temp next day was 102 degrees. Unacceptable at any price.

Reservation a 17 h et nous etions sur place 10 mn après mais personne pour nous acceuillir. 2 heures plus tard et plusieurs appels la responsable nous demsnde d etre sur place dans les 5 mn alors que bous venions de repartir a pied dans le centre ville de sesimbra. 15 mn de courses pour revenir au plus vite et sur place toujours personne, apres un ultime rappel il a fallu encore patienter, pour enfin voir quelqu un qui nous a demandé uniquement de l argent liquide pour payer la chambre... salle de bain a partager et lit tres inconfortable et musical

Um pouco desconfortável

A senhora que nos recepcionou foi atenciosa. O quarto estava limpo e o espaço era bom, mas a cama apesar do colchão ser bom, fazia muito barulho quando nos mexíamos. Isso não nos permitiu dormir bem durante a noite toda.. sempre que virávamos acordávamos com o barulho.
