Great location. Helpful staff at reception. However food service was extremely poor. Very slow and I had to ask twice where food was. Plus shuttle service booked for 10.20am didnt turn up till 11am, after further calls which was disappointing.

Downside hotel had an issue with the fire alarm that meant first night there it was going off and on between 9-12pm. After being up from 230am to travel we were shattered. I had a great stay at My Story. The hotel is conveniently located to major attractions and has an excellent restaurant. It is a boutique hotel so you feel really at home and seen by the desk and restaurant staff. I enjoyed my stay there and look forward to staying there again upon my next visit to Lisbon.

Staff were very kind and pleasant. Our rooms were extremely clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the location as it was safe and quiet for our family.
