Spectacular location right on Rossio Square with great access to everything! And if you couldn't walk to it, it was super easy to grab transportation right from the hotel. The staff were wonderfully helpful, and the breakfast (though not included) was exceptional. The room itself was a little small, and the outlets were not well thought out (behind a moving partition on the side of the bed that you would thread your cord through & an outlet in the bathroom that was limited), but it was very clean and had a wonderful view of the square, and a great shower. I would highly recommend this hotel for it's perfect location and hospitality!

Loved our spot in Lisbon!❣️

Fabulous boutique hotel in the exact spot you want to be in Lisbon! We loved looking out onto Rossio Square, called the heart of Lisbon. Lots of sites and good bars and restaurants nearby. Easy to get anywhere and 2 blocks from our 2 day trip pick up spots. Super friendly staff and very well-decorated, cool vibe rooms. We would stay at this location of My Story Hotel Rossio again!😁

A fine hotel in a busy location

I was able to move to a larger room after 2 nights, which I appreciated. Christiana, at the front desk was most helpful. I wish that my room had been cleaned every day. Despite being out of the room for a minimum of 3-4 hours everyday, my room was attended to only once during my stay.

Staff excellent. Location excellent. Breakfast excellent. Room not at all practical. We kept hitting our legs on the wood around the end of the bed as so little room to get by. I could not reach the clothes hangers as so high. Towels fell off huge wooden knobs in bathroom. Thin paper cups totally impractical for hot drinks. No chairs or table in first room. We changed rooms as we kept hitting our legs on the bed.
