We had a lovely stay at My Suite Lisbon. The apartment was a great size, quiet and comfortable. Excellent location with Walking distance to everywhere. The staff were very attentive, helpful and were so lovely with our young son who had lots of questions about Lisbon. We would definitely stay here again and are already planning a trip for next year

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us in so many ways. Even before we arrived, they offered to help navigate the city. The apartment is very cute and spacious. The location is great. Right in the middle of restaurants/bars area of the city but quiet inside the building.

The location had the old town charm for Lisbon and easily walkable to dining, shopping ,etc. We were only there one nigh but for a longer stay it was small for more than 2 people. The street is also very narrow, including the streets leading to it, making it difficult for cars to get in and out. It was a tight squeeze for our Ubers. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

We spent 5 nights at this hotel as a group of 12, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is cozy, well located, and the rooms are impressively spacious. The outdoor terrace was a real highlight—perfect for relaxing in the evening. The front desk staff were exceptional: always friendly, helpful, and full of great advice for getting around the city and arranging transportation. Excellent! Would certainly stay here again. Only a short walk into the city centre, and there are some small grocery shops nearby. Staff were super friendly, and the apartment was cleaned every day.

Located in the heart of Lisbon tourist area with authentic feel and abundance of things to do around you. Spacious and well furnished comfortable suite. No elevator though. If have disability neither the hotel nor the area its located are convenient
