Location was great for walking to all sites, shopping, restaurants and water front! Disappointed in the broken cabinet door in the bathroom and the loose shower head wall fixture.

The location is great and the bed was comfortable. Communication with the staff was difficult. Housekeeping was not responsive or was not communicating with the reception desk as we had several issues that were not resolved. Overall it was comfortable and well equipped, as well as a good location but the service wasn't great.

The location was excellent. The ladies at the reception were nice and friendly. The room for 3 was much more basic than the pictures. The beds and bathroom were clean though. There was a water leakage issue during our stay.

The location of the property is excellent and undoubtedly its biggest advantage, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. However, the building itself is quite old and shows its age in several ways. There is a noticeable odour throughout the property, and guests should be aware that there is no elevator access from the ground level, requiring stairs to reach the first floor before elevator service is available. The room was spacious and offered plenty of space to move around, but cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. The flooring had visible stains and a strong lingering odour that affected the overall comfort of the stay. Sound insulation was also a concern, as footsteps and movement from guests staying in the room above were clearly audible, making it difficult to fully relax at times. Overall, the property is suitable for travelers who prioritize location and simply need a basic place to sleep, but those seeking a more comfortable, modern, and quiet accommodation may find it lacking.

Even if our stay was a quick overnight layover we really enjoyed our studio at Páteo Saudade Lofts. The location is unbeatable and the apartments are very well amended with a full bathroom, kitchen, and terrace.

I like that is a mini apartment unit with a kitchenette and even laundry, right in the center of town and is very accesible, close to public transportation, and is a walking distance to most tourist areas in downtown Lisbon.
