Fantastic appartement, spectacular attention to details and customer care. We stayed for four nights in June with our 3 year old. From the very beginning, the staff at Residentas Aurea gave little attentions to our little one to make his stay more enjoyable. Helped us with luggage storage at the beginning, helped us with our laundry machine, restaurant suggestions, etc etc. The apartment is also very well located within walking distance of major landmarks and easily accessible to public transit with many restaurant and cafe options nearby. Would stay here again in the future. If I could give more then 5 stars, I would!

This is an apartment inside an apartment building. The property manager is amazing! They communicate with you before during and after your stay. We were greeted with a very clean and safe building. When we got into our apartment the table was set with a basket of fresh fruit, crackers and jams, and a bottle of wine. We had ample coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. And they even included a few juice boxes in the fridge as well as a bottle of water. We were delighted to see there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The beds were made and ready for our family of four. We had a lovely stay, and they even messaged us and amenities nearby, including estimated time for walking. There is no parking available and driving and parking in Lisbon is definitely a challenge! We were turning our rental car in later that day anyway so it wasn’t a problem. Overall, our stay was incredible and I highly recommend booking with this property!

We had an amazing stay while visiting Lisbon. The team at Residentas was always responsive through WhatsApp with any questions and suggestions. Even though the location is in the core shopping area, it was still quiet with the windows closed. Amazing location and even better staff! I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Lisbon!

The property is awesome (security and cleanless), but the unit we had was frankly deceiving. A studio in form of "U", without washer dryer (as mentioned in the site), a 10 square feet shower where you splank water everywhere, apartment badly configured, no sofa or something else to rest and relax, a TV without channel on the sense, and a bed very too soft. Three nights with bad sleeps! The one bedroom apartment we had last year was excellent, but now I'm really deceived.
