The hotel exceeded my expectations ♥️ the hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. The room is a little tight but every inch is thoughtfully curated plus the bathrooms are excellent and clean! The location is ideal as close to all the main areas especially the metro/train/bus!! I would totally stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality the Lift Hotel!

The AC/Heater wasn't working properly. The room temperature was never what we wanted. Had to ask the staff several times to look into it, but it never got fixed. Other than that the property was good and the location you can't beat!

the hotel and staff presented an amazing first impression of my weeklong trip to Portugal. The rooms had considerable personality complimented by cleanliness and comfort.
