Problems with check-in.

Signage very bad. There were 2 buildings close to each other. Owned by the same hotel chain. Difficult to find the correct hotel. No information provided to help guests find the correct hotel. Difficult to find check in. Intercom voices were very helpful. Over complicated process to check in. I was sent an email with our room code but email didn’t arrive until about 1 hour after we needed it. Had to use intercom service again. Apart from the above the hotel was good value for the price.

Good for an overnight stay.

We used b and b hotels on our family trip from England to italy both going and return. This hotel was perfect for an overnight stop. It was easy to find next to the A6 motorway, easy to park, the rooms were quite large for a budget hotel, and the whole experience was stress free.

L’évacuation des eaux est très dégradée, dans le lavabo et dans la douche. À l’image de la chambre et de l’hôtel, vieillots et mal entretenus. La personne responsable au petit-déjeuner n’est ni souriante ni aimable ni professionnelle. Si vous avez une alternative, à ce prix fuyez cet établissement !

Clim en panne

J'ai choisi cet hôtel en sélectionnant comme seul critère la clim. À mon arrivée clim en panne pour deux jours. Les volets ne s'ouvrent pas en oscillo battant et comme des orages sont prévue impossible de garder la fenêtre ouverte sans inondé la chambre. Il faisait tellement chaud que je n'ai pas réussi à dormir. Quand j'ai fais une réclamation à l'entrée on m'a dit de la faire sur le site pour avoir un dédommagement, alors j'attends maintenant ?

Un peu compliqué à l'arrivée, acceuil fermé, obligé d'aller à l'autre acceuil de hotel collé à celui-la pour confirmé notre arrivée de manière à récupérer le n°de notre chambre. De même pour le petit déjeuné !

Pratique pour trouver un repas Idéal pour embarquer sur les grands axes. A part ça rien de bien à note. Arrivée tardive déconseillée. Pas mal de personnes qui errent dans rue. Une personne fumait un petard proche de l’entrée nous avons dû nous enregistrer dans l’odeur et le sentiment d’insécurité qui va avec. La chambre est minuscule, le robinait fuyait. Ibis budget passe pour du 5 étoiles à côté.

Un hôtel où pour payer la taxe de séjour, on se sert d'une borne, ok, mais uniquement pour ceux qui ont des cartes bancaires. Donc le client qui n'a que des espèces et qui arrive à 18h, devra mendier avec un inconnu pour qu'il utilise sa carte et lui remette des espèces! C'est le seul hôtel que j'ai fréquenté où les week-end, l'accueil physique est off. Plus jamais...
