"Room was dark and dingy, no water in room, 1 tea bag and no milk.
Went to reception and advised of the above , also unable to get English TV on, upgraded our room when booking and requested a balcony, to be told we did not have a balcony.
The person on reception was very unhelpful, gave me 1 tea bag a small glass of milk, did not get offered any water, never offered any assistance to sort the TV or help with connecting to the internet. Stated we were unable to change rooms has the hotel was full, unhelpful is an understatement.
Also beds really unfortable."
