"Hotel was amazing!! At first I was blown away at all the doors and everything requiring room key access. Thought it was overkill until we walked downtown and saw all the homelessness. There were so many homeless people. At one point we were chased by a homeless man yelling at us. Drugged up homeless are a problem in KZoo so my advice is stay in the hotel and eat and drink. The city is wild and feral."

"Pool was a little cold. The first night it was very quiet. The next two nights was not. The next room over was up and banging till 4am both nights. Mind you it was on a Sunday and a Monday. Went to the front desk. They came and talked to them but nothing changed."

"The location was right on the lake with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit on the cooler evenings. The towels at the pool were so convenient. Our room did not have a microwave and the beds were not that comfortable. Overall, a very relaxing place to stay."
