“The property is an excellent historical property that is in walking distance to Little Italy restaurants and multiple museums and the Cleveland Botanical Gardens. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. These are the reasons we choose to stay here when we are traveling through Cleveland.”

“This hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced. On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

“In General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive. Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. ”

“Perfectly nice hotel which I chose because it's very close to airport. And least expensive. However no food served, no bar (which to be fair I knew). But the one Coke machine was "sold out", it was Friday night, and I desperately wanted a Coke too accompany some spicy Korean UberEATS I ordered. I presume the solo machine would be out until...Monday?”

“Really nice hotel. The staff was extra nice. Excellent breakfast and perfect shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic. The night manager coached me with great patience and in detail how to take the bus/train to the airport from a stop right in front of the hotel. Cost $5 and faster (especially during rush hour) then a $55 taxi ride.”
