Clean and comfortable

The Ref Roof is clean, and was affordable for the room. And I will return there again for the next time I have to stay in NLR hotel.

I like how spacious the rooms are. I love how they offer coffee in the morning time. They greet you when you come in.

ambience outside hotel was little dirty no morning breakfast I was given smoking room even though I requested for non smoking, later on the receptionist gave me a non smoking room after I complained

Clean but a bit rundown

Place was clean but a bit rundown... there were quirlte a few dogs but the lacknof carpet helped witha allergy problems. Communication was a bit of a problem aa far as english ... beds were good

Staff was wondering. Had me check to make sure the room was okay prior to checking in and was very attentive and pleasant. The room was terrible, but cheap. No working a/c building very much in disrepair and needing of a update and very off putting in all aspects.

Inexpensive and clean.

Traveling cross country Checked in at 9 pm was gone by 7 am. Hot shower, king sized bed, I was asleep in minutes. Inexpensive and clean. Right off the highway

The pool wasnt working. The toilet kept stopping up. There was a roach the first day. Other than that the service was great and i slept well. I would stay again.

Terrible property, don't take it even if offered for $10/night there was no breakfast offered at all even though it is advertised. Also, the room.is stinky with a noisy air conditioning . rude front desk

I did not stay here. I had to wait 45 minutes at the counter to check in while the neighborhood took inventory of my belongings through my window. There was dryer ventilation hoses laying in the walkways, the entire place smelled like dust and feet, and when I finally did check in another guest came around the corner and passed the receptionist a bag of drugs. I immediately left and never walked into this room.

The bed had failing cushion and basically had a hole on one side. Asked for them to fix it they said they could not. I was there over a week and the did not do any cleaning of the room i could notice. But for the price i paid, i got what i asked for. Nothing
