“Very clean with friendly staff. Convenient to Blue Spring park which was the reason for staying. Only 10 minutes from park. Breakfast choices are OK but nothing too exiting. Excellent coffee to start the day. The only stain was the wait for staff member to occupy both toasters while making breakfast for other 4 members of the staff and me as a guest had to wait while she was putting around. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Especially if you are trying to have a breakfast and get on the road....

“A unique accommodation. We were in a 3 room suite with a King and Queen and 3 bathrooms. A kitchenette with a drip coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Vintage but cozy furniture. The suite was very clean. You have to climb a number of stairs to get to the suite (1301). An enjoyable overnight stay before boarding the Amtrak Autotrain.”

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”
