Amazing property and staff. Location is close to everything without being right in top of the highest/noisiest foot traffic so perfect. Breakfast available at the hotel is also incredible. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful hotel. From the greeting with a glass of wine, to getting me a cab for the airport at checkout, this is a gem. Hotel staff answered all my questions and took an interest in my visit to Ljubljana (our talk about the Swans and God is an Astronaut showed our mutual interest in music)! The view of the Castle was amazing. And, the restaurants are fabulous. I hope to come back soon. Cheers!!

Perfect location i City center, excellent staff, very nice hotel with rooms thoughtfully designed, very quiet. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The only thing that I would have been nice to have is an iron and ironing board in the room. The hotel does have laundry service.

The pillows were the absolute best I've ever had in a hotel. I even asked about them and the very friendly hotel manager went through the trouble of sending me the manufacturers website so I could order them for home. She even offered to sell me the pillow (but I didn't have space to take it in my luggage). Location is great, the jakuzzi on the roof is a nice treat. Everyone ia exceptionally friendly and professional. The only sad thing is that I had forgotten a glass box in their fridge which magically dissappeared. Would have expected them to let me know I left sth behind, but even when I asked by mail right away I only got a reply a few days later that nothing was found. Luckily it was only a 20€ worth glass box and not jewellery...

Can't say enough positive things about this hotel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really well designed and the shower's very powerful. It's in an ideal location for getting around the sights of Ljubljana. Everything in the mini bar is complimentary which is completely unheard of these days and they give you a free welcome drink on arrival. Don't hesitate to stay here.
