Good hotel if you can deal with the stairs.

Good centrally located hotel. I have two quibbles which both relate to luggage. The first issue is that the hotel is located two floors up and doesn't have a lift. The second is that because of its minimal staff cover, I was unable to leave a bag their so I had to bring it around for a few hours.

The host was great at checking us in, and the apartment was comfortable and nice. No parking available so I would take public transport to get there but great location right downtown. Our only issue is that the room smelt like smoke and we were not told ahead of time. Everything else was great :)

Our stay at Viva rooms was good. The location between the train station and the tourist areas was great. The host was excellent at responding to messages and met us at the hotel. She was really nice and even recommended a book store for us to find a special book. The room was in ok condition, but the shower needed some work (some mold growing on the floor tiles around the drain). The bed was large, but a bit too hard for my taste. Overall it was a decent stay especially for the amazingly low price.

value for money location

This is not 24hr reception, so need to communicate with the staff, but it is easy. And staff Klara is super nice , share good info & assist us on any problem. There is no lift, if heavy luggage need to ask for help if you are not strong, but the location is good, near a spot of day tour pick up. And 10min walk to bus station . We had stay for 4nights & we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time in VivaRooms. Easy communication on WhatsApp, easy to find, easy to check in and out. Slight smell in the bath room, but notified the owners when we left and they would fix it. The bathroom is newly renovated, and is really nice. Room was super, bed was nice and clean. The weather was super hot, but theres a fan in the room which saved our lifes! 😅 Thank you so much for that little bit very nice feature! Would definitely consider booking again if we come back 😊

READ THE PROCEDURES CAREFULLY! You cannot check in after 23:00, and checking in after 20:00 has a 30 EUR fee each hour. Otherwise, the stay was great. Clean room, quiet enough. Would have been nice if there had been tissues/kleenex provided. Hotel is right over top of a delicious shop selling Indian food and Pad Thai.

The only thing this accommodation has going for it is the location The facilities are poor for the price and the service is really bad When we arrived we were told there would be nobody available to check us in so followed the instructions to collect keys etc when we got upstairs (there is no lift) there was a lady at the desk who did not even look at us or greet us. This is the only place in the world where we were not greeted by staff, unbelievable for all the wrong reasons And despite advertising luggage storage it is at the hosts strict availability The rooms have very flimsy doors which the rowdy guests next door managed to break, soundproofing is none existent and our bathroom whilst new was so badly designed the water went everywhere and the smell from the drain was disgusting Regret booking this place

Appartement très bien situé dans la ville, personnel accueillant. L appart est bien, mais sans plus. L appartement 1 que l on a eu est juste au dessus d'un resto à emporter indien, ouvert jusqu à 2 h du matin, donc quand on ouvre les fenêtres parce qu il fait très chaud, c est donc très bruyant et envahi par les fumées du resto.
