“We didn't stay at this hotel. Due to a family death we couldn't travel but hotel refused to refund the tickets. The hotel has a perfect right to do so but we expected a better response under the circumstances. Will definitely not visit again. Bad PR”

“I loved the glamping tent, it had everything I needed. Nights were cold in May so I appreciated the wood stove and unlimited free firewood. Staff were very helpful and friendly.”
