Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

"The staff were really pleasant efficient and very very helpful. The only problem we had was we paid for a superior double room which was really good with a little sitting area where the tv was. The bathroom let the room down as the shower was so small and being on the big size I couldn’t get in!!!! The hotel interior was fine but needs a good overall externally !"

"Amazing hotel in the quieter part of Liverpool City centre. Beautiful hotel, clean, great facilities too. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Bar area is great too. The breakfast was amazing, cooked to order and came quickly, great choice too. Parking was easy just around the corner and you get a discount. Hotel situated in walking distance of lots of great attractions."
