Price, ok it’s not that Grand but the room was warm, bed was comfy and it was quiet. Needs millions spending on it to make it grand, but it wouldn’t be £45 a night then!

We had a lovely nights stay here. The staff were great, the room was basic but exactly what we needed. Its a shame the chain that owns this hotel is allowing it to become run down and dated. Regardless, we would stay here again.

Old and dated. Definitely needs a massive surge of cash spending on it but staff were pleasant, bedding was clean and water was hot. Evening meal was unimaginative and basic. Evening entertainment was good with a quiz, bingo , show and karaoke - just what we needed on a blustery, rainy evening which was too bad to venture out. We had a good stay, no problem.

place needed a good clean in places bedding was clean and fresh and it could do with a lick of paint everywhere. no service of your room the whole entire stay if you want fresh towels, tea coffee etc or toilet roll you have to ask at reception. breakfast was ok plenty of it and warm. staff very friendly i would stop again as it met our needs

First room was bad then I asked to be moved having to pay more money to move that room was just a bad had cracked toilet room dirty dirt and dust under the bed the sink would not empty and when flushing the toilet came up in to sink balcony unsafe bed not comfortable both was glad to leave report everything to manager who is looking into it and offered full refund

Hotel was clean and tidy and staff friendly, The bed and pillow were uncomfortable and showing signs of age. Despite being a guest at the hotel we were declined an evening meal because the dining room was fully booked so had to find alternative restaurant

No parking, Patio door wouldn`t lock and safety device was not connected even though there was a warning on the hotel leaflet not to use the balcony for safety reasons. Bathroom door could not be closed from outside ( no handles) to stop the permanent light shining through during the night. The staff were excellent as was the food the dining room was also well kept.

It's basic accommodation, so dont expect too much. If that doesn't bother you, then you'll be happy staying there. No housekeeping service or much maintenance in general, but you get what you pay for. The breakfast is very basic and bland, not worth mentioning, to be honest. I was happy with the room, basic but perfect location. :)

This hotel is in a fantastic area for view's and bars and restaurants The hotel itself is a bit worn but rooms were clean and the entertainment in the evening was good we had a buffet breakfast which was 12.00 ea h but worth it and the breakfast dining room was spectacular Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in llandudno

The hotel is lovely the lobby is beautifully decorated for Christmas aswell we had a lovely stay the room was bigger than we expected and the beds were really comfortable and the kids loved the jacuzzi bath. We will definitely be returning this Friday for a longer stay 🙂
