“Outstanding property with easy access and great communication beforehand. The place is a joy to stay at set in a beautiful area, well located to amenities, very quiet, no noise or hassle from owners, well equipped internally, good internet, easy parking, comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom and great value for money. The place is beautiful and a real real gem. I definitely will be back like Arnie once said….”

“It had all the comforts of a home! Full kitchen, TV with plenty of channels to choose from; electric fireplace; very cozy. Quiet location, met friendly people at both local pubs. Landlord was easily available and helpful. Bedding was too warm for us. Would have liked a lighter comforter or blanket and a small bar of hand soap in the bathroom. ”

“This was a lovely self catering apartment in a quiet location. The apartment was fitted with everything I needed and the woodburner made it warm and cozy in the evenings.”

“The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available.”
