“Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. Thanks for a great stay! ”

“D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

“Quiet break in a great setting”

“We as a family of 5 + a 3 yr old spent a delightful week at Penuwch Fach in July/August 2024. We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect. We were met by the owner and there was a welcome wine/biscuits plus tea and coffee. There is a Nespresso Gusto machine too plus a few pods :). “Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. Could do with a proper electric one to be honest. Bathroom bin not emptied from previous occupier. No wifi and phone signal not great. Not always a...
