Dangerous

When we arrived, the receptionist did not speak any English (and we don't speak Spanish), so communication was difficult. It is impossible to park in front of the hotel / appartment complex, and hence, check in was very difficult. The receptionist then charged us for the full stay although we had already paid at Hotels.com, and we thought we'd only pay for the garage fee and for the local tax. It's only that I noticed later, and then complained with the receptionist who then cancelled the payment. But what if I had not noticed? The garage is super tight to get in, so it's definitely only possible with a small car. The most dangerous thing happened at broad daylight, at 5 pm on our second day. You get a keypad code which is...insecure because basically, everyone who ever went there will know the keypad code for every appartment! And on 5 pm, someone else entered our appartment, without any reason, a man ca. 35y old, without any excuse or any affiliation with the apartment complex. Sure he wanted to rob us, but as we were (luckily) both at home, we just yelled at the guy and he left. Definitely a bad habit by the complex!

Clean apartment and great customer service!

The property is maintained very well and is clean. The neighborhood is quiet and central. The lady at the reception (sorry forgot her name) was very patient and communicated with us in English as our Spanish is very basic. So sweet of her! The public parking (close to a mall?) less than 100ft from the property is free. The only issue was the shower door made annoying noise while closing and opening other than this our stay was comfortable and we would definitely return if we ever plan a trip to Lleida in future.

Great apartment,staff helpful,underground parking

Friendly helpful receptionist, lovely spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great shower, kitchen area had all utensils and was immaculate, sitting area comfortable all furnishongs appeared to be new, balcony small but could sit or stand with morning coffee. Secure underground parking, via car elevator was good. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to choose from. Only stayed 2 nights as a pit stop but would stay again if passing this way.

Second time to stay here , great location, fully equipped apartment all you need for your stay. Was in lleida for two weeks work. This was ideal as parking is available. Pilar is welcoming at the front desk. 2 mins walk from the main train station and shops etc near by.

Excellent stay there was a double bed and single bed in the apartment. Good location and easy to find.The lady at the front desk is excellent and very friendly. A gym is also located with the apartment block. Would recommend this place, parking is also available for €10 a day

Très agréables , propre.

Nous nous sommes arrêter à lerida pour 2 jours dans cette hôtel car pas loin de Barcelone. Les prix sont raisonnables pour une grande famille. Nous avons pu visiter le château qui est très historique. A 2 heures de l’hôtel environ, il y a la ville de Barcelone à visiter également la cathédrale Sagrada familial et le camp Nou. Nous avons été très content de l’appartement très propre climatisés personnel qui parle le français donc pas de soucis pour ce faire comprendre. Au abord de l’hôtel il y a de quoi manger fast food ou restaurant. A refaire.

This is an updated apartment bldg, new and very well done. One of the best aparthotel we've been in Spain. I highly recommend it. Very nice and helpful receptionist. Great value for the money. Just one suggestion, to have better toiletries.

Bien, repetiria.

Nuestra estancia ha sido solo de una noche. Todo ha estado correcto, el apartamento muy bonito, todo nuevo y limpio, habilitado con lo necesario para poder cocinar, lavar ropa....y si falta alguna cosa en recepción muy amablemente enseguida te la proporcionan. El colchón bastante duro pero claro eso va a gustos. Las paredes son finas y se oye la tv del vecino. La entrada al parking es un ascensor y es muy ajustada por lo que los coches grandes y mas anchos de 2.20 m. no entran. La situación esta muy bien ya que esta situado junto al centro antiguo de Lleida, ideal para visitarlo y pasear por el en todo momento.
