What a lovely hotel!!! We stayed here recently, a small group of mums with older children & were extremely impressed… amazing staff , super friendly & helpful, rooms were immaculately clean, pool areas lovely & very well made tasty cocktails by the bar staff. Nice clean hotel breakfast better than most hotels in Spain . You can hear the flushing of toilets and ppl showering. Be ok if you was on top floor then you wouldn’t hear the water going trough the pipes .

El hotel está bastante bien, calidad precio muy bien, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas, el baño está muy bien, tienen un detalle de bienvenida el cuál es de agradecer y en la nevera 2 botellitas de agua fría. Son detallitos que a los usuarios nos agrada mucho. Las piscinas bien, y la comida también, buena variedad de comida y buen sabor. Aceptan mascotas, pero no tienen un sitio habilitado para comer con tu mascota. No dejaron comer cerca de la piscina en unas mesas que hay allí pero se pasa bastante calor. Mucho follón y jaleo en la noche por los pasillos ya que había un montón de chavales jóvenes que no les importa nada si molestan. Las habitaciones les faltan insonorización ya que se escucha todo de las habitaciones que están a los lados.

Malgré la bienveillance du personnel et leur engagement à notre service, l hôtel est très mal fréquenté, bruyant toutes les nuits . Pour le stationnement , prévoir un budget non négligeable, environ 30 euros par jour et souvent très loin de l hôtel ( il n y a que 12 places à 22 euros / jour.) Pour la demi pension, bien intégrer que le Pdj se répète à l identique, pour le dîner peu de différence ! Info, ne soyez pas surpris de payer vos boissons, eau comprise. L hôtel est proche du centre et de la plage.

Aucune animation ! Aucune activité ! Aucun effort de la part de l hôtel. Aucune possibilité de se garer, Petit déjeuner médiocre, Ce n est pas du tout un hôtel familial, Ménage fait à la va vite ! L hôtel ne mérite pas du tout un 4 étoiles. L entretien n est pas effectué. Ne pas se fier aux photos. 2 petites piscines dont 1 qui donne sur la rue au vu de tous les passants. Le seul point positif est le personnel à la réception et au petit déjeuner ! Bravo au réceptionniste chaleureux, professionnel (Brahim je pense !) Nous ne reviendrons pas à cet hôtel !

Ich habe anderthalb Woche im Alegria Sun Village übernachtet und war rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sorgte. Das Essen war sehr lecker und bot eine grosse Auswahl an Gerichten, die hervorragend zubereitet waren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, was die Atmosphäre noch angenehmer machte. Besonders gefallen haben mir die zwei Pools draussen, die perfekt zum Entspannen waren. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top – ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Bon séjour

On a passé un super séjour en couple, l’hôtel est juste magnifique. Exactement comme sur les photos il y a deux piscines, un Rooftop les chambres sont très propres plage à proximité. Pas besoin de Voiture on a pratiquement tout fait à pied.le personnel de l’hôtel a été juste Top d’une gentillesse incroyable nous sommes arrivés très tôt à 9h. La réceptionniste a été très compréhensible. Elle a tout fait pour qu’on puisse entrer à 9h dans la chambre au lieu de 14 heures. D’ailleurs je la remercie encore parce qu’on était très fatigué du voyage, le personnel au petit déjeuner aussi très gentil, d’ailleurs, au niveau du Buffet du petit déjeuner il y a un grand choix vraiment très bon buffet. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts pour 12 € le petit déjeuner Il y a un large choix. mon copain a beaucoup apprécié le monsieur du bar qu’il l’a trouvé très sympa. En tout cas merci à tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse. Il y a plusieurs chaînes françaises, donc c’est cool, Le seul souci Il y avait un groupe de jeunes qui faisaient énormément de bruit dans les couloirs, mais bon ça ce n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel C’est ça aussi les aléas des vacances… en tout cas on a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, on reviendra c’est sûr

We hadden een leuk verblijf in het hotel. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Door het verblijf van jongeren in het hotel werden we ‘s nachts geregeld wakker door lawaai van onze buren. Zowel op ons eigen toilet als in gemeenschappelijke toiletten was er op bepaalde momenten geen toiletpapier aanwezig. De ingebouwde airco in de kamer is niet heel krachtig en de rooster dient dringend schoongemaakt te worden. Er zijn 2 zwembaden aanwezig maar door de hoge gebouwen ligt het ene zwembad enkel tussen 10u-15u in de zon en het andere zwembad tussen 11u-18u hierdoor vonden we het water ook eerder fris aanvoelen. Er zouden ook iets meer ligbedden mogen zijn.

Fatal he tenido que poner una reclamación, no se respetan aforos ni distancias de seguridad en los desayunos. En cuanto a la habitación triple era súper pequeña y el baño estaba roto soltaba agua no lo arreglaron en toda la semana. Lo del parking es de vergüenza 15€ por dejarlo en un trozo de tierra sin vigilancia alguna. Resumiendo es el hotel de los horrores

En general un 10. Si tuviera que poner un pero lo pondría a 2 cosas: Parking (en Lloret en general el aparcamiento escasea y la opción que da el hotel pues...es un apaño) y el café del desayuno. HORRIBLE, al ser instantáneo es maliiisimo. Les recomiendo que compren máquinas de cápsulas, que las hay muy buenas o cafeteras que muelen el café al momento y sale muy rico.
