When I reached out for assistance, I was told I’m not eligible for any adjustment simply because I used a small amount of One Key Cash—roughly $3 to $5. This policy feels unreasonable and honestly misleading. A minimal reward credit should not completely disqualify a customer from receiving fair pricing or any type of price adjustment, especially when the difference is this significant. I made the effort to book early, which is typically encouraged, yet I’m now being penalized for it. From a customer standpoint, this comes across as a lack of transparency and flexibility. It creates the impression that loyalty rewards are being used as a loophole to avoid honoring fair pricing practices. I’ve used your platform expecting consistency and customer-first service, but this situation has done the opposite. I’m not asking for anything excessive—just a reasonable adjustment or credit that reflects the current rate difference. Situations like this make customers reconsider using the platform in the future. I would strongly urge you to review this policy, as it negatively impacts customer trust and overall experience."

"We were placed in three different rooms. The first room did not have a working thermostat and due to staff being gone for the day no one would be able to maintenance it. The second room reeked of cigarette smoke, the thermostat was hanging on by a thread and the curtains were so badly stained. The third room was satisfactory, no odor, working thermostat and stain free. The front desk staff was pleased and apologetic for the inconvenience. Breakfast staff was very polite and attentive, although the selection of food was limited. We were pleasantly surprised that a shuttle service was offered to and from Paycom arena for free! "
