Hotel Best Delta

"Check in and reception staff were really nice. We arrived late so missed dinner. They added a dinner onto our last night instead. Rooms were big. Only complaint would be having to queue a lot. The bar queue was always extremely long. It could take 20 minutes to get a drink. One of the lifts was broken so there were always queues for the lifts and at reception there was usually only one receptionist on so you needed to queue for that too"

"Staff were amazing, very friendly & helpful. Good options every morning for breakfast, staff always have time to speak to you. Book a spa & massage if you’re here as it’s worth your time. Our room was always maintained clean. The hotel is 1 bus away from Palma, & is walking distance to the sea side. There’s a lot of restaurants, stores, etc in this area. Special shout out to Elena at the spa & Maria at the pool bar. I’ll definitely come back"

"Breakfast was good in that you could go anytime up to 1.30pm but the quality of the food could be improved to make the overall experience better . Staff wanted you to self check in which was a tad annoying after a long journey . The pool could do with more beds or place to sit as was pretty packed most of our stay ."

"Given a great 2 bedroom room, only expecting 1 bedroom for the 3 of us. Hotel definitely a high 3*. Beds really comfy, breakfast good, room everything you need. Pool nice, free pool towels very useful and location perfect. Only downside - the noise, patio doors not sound proof at all. Pool was great until Thursday and Friday when filled with large group’s drinking all day!!"

Ona Cala Pi Club

"Check in process wasn't the best because we originally had the reservation for 2 adults 2 kids and then tried to change it to 3 adults and 3 kids but weren't able to until we got to the hotel. The lady at the front desk was helpful but didn't make us feel very welcomed. Our 2 bed - 1 bath apartment was spacious but very old. Breakfast was great and for a reasonable price (my favorite part of the stay). The only bad part was one of the waiters didn't like us for whatever reason and would ignore us every time we were in his section. The hotel is located next to Cala Pi and that alone makes it worth the stay. If you walk down to the end of the road you can see the full view of the ocean and it's magnificent. We didn't use the pool or other hotel amenities so I can't comment on that. I would recommend staying here but with some reservations."

"Overall, I had a good experience and no major issues during my stay, and I would consider returning given the value for money. On arrival, I was allowed to pre-check in as I arrived early, although the room was not available yet, which was fine. However, staff at reception could have been more attentive, as I was initially not given a meal card for my stay. The room was basic but sufficient for my needs. None of the TV channels were working, which didn’t affect me personally but could be an issue for other guests. The main drawback was the lack of soundproofing — noise from surrounding rooms and corridors was very noticeable. There is a safe in the room, but it costs €5.50 per day for the key, payable in cash only, which felt inconvenient compared to card payments elsewhere. The requirement, along with a disclaimer about no responsibility for valuables not stored in the safe, felt a bit unnecessary. The hotel is in a convenient location with shops nearby and around an 8-minute walk to the beach. It is also well connected via a direct bus route from the airport. Dining options nearby are mostly casual kebab-style restaurants rather than more authentic local cuisine. Facilities were adequate: a simple pool area and a small bar serving food and drinks (not included in the stay). Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold options, including coffee and juice. Dinner was more basic, buffet-style with limited authenticity, but still tasty. Drinks not included."
