Location is excellent. We had an economy room - it was clean and had what we needed but quite uninspiring and it was a bit noisy when we arrived. It was quiet when we went to sleep. Breakfast was included but I couldn’t see information about how to get breakfast so emailed and got a quick reply. Breakfast was reasonable but we had to wait fifteen mins to get our coffee. Orange juice had already been poured out on a counter but it also took ten mins.

Modern hotel in a good location

Good location for the Moon & Stars festival. Nicely decorated and very clean. No reception so you get an online check-in form the day before but I didn't so I had to ask for it - that was slightly intense. When checking out, you're supposed to pay city tax at the restaurant at the ground floor. In my case, the staff were so busy and I waited for at least 20 minutes to get it sorted. That was the only down side staying at this hotel.

Secluded chic hotel with excellent rooms

This hotel has no staff or front desk. It consists of twenty super chic rooms on floor 1-4 in an old building with a restaurant where the hotel part must be totally new. You check in online and get directions and instructions by e-mail how to access the hotel and your room: You get a pin-code and a link to a digital key. However this information must be much more detailed, preferentially including a map, since it is not possible to find the hotel with the current instructions: We googled the address and were standing right in front of it and still didn’t see it! The restaurant where you have breakfast and pay outstanding costs is on street level in the same building but this is not clear from the information. However, well there, it’s a good hotel with really fine and chic rooms. Good value for money.

Great room but no reception

There is no reception and no actual key given, just a link to a website where you remotely unlock the door - which only works on one phone. This is very inconvenient and you are depending on that one phone and internet connection to get in the property and the room. Whilst the room itself was great, and the staff from the restaurant downstairs are very kind and helpful, there should be an actual reception and key to each door.

Stanza gradevole posizione centrale. Se non avete smartphone carico e connessione dati sempre attiva non potete entrare in camera. La chiave sarà sempre il vostro telefono e la procedura non è molto intuitiva. L’iniziale difficoltà alla connessione alla loro rete Wi-Fi, per altri non indicata, ha reso complesse il check in, nessun supporto dal personale del loro bar (esterno alla struttura ma di proprietà) nè tantomeno richiedendo supporto telefonico (non rispondono e non ricontattano neppure se si segnala emergenza). Abbiamo dovuto abilitare il roaming internazionale e accollarci i derivanti costi per non dormire in strada. L’accesso alla struttura avviene attraversando un cunicolo poco illuminato dove troneggia un enormemente bidone dell’immondizia a lato della reception inanimata, poco pratico poiché sono presenti scalini che non agevolano il passaggio con valigie. La colazione, segnalata come gratuita, nel bar sottostante, in realtà prevede solo un caffè x ospite, per i bambini, che non hanno beneficiato della caffettiera, acqua e brioche ci sono state addebitate. Mancanza di acqua in camera, neppure a pagamento. Non accettano pagamenti in €uro nemmeno x tassa di soggiorno. Sconsigliato ad anziani e a persine non altamente tecnologiche e smart.

Hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt. Check In und digitale Zimmerschlüssel haben sehr gut funktioniert. Hotel sehr gut und zentral gelegen, ideal für Restaurants, Shopping, Wanderausflüge und andere Tripps. Frühstück war gut und Zimmer und Bad/Dusche geräumig. Einziger Mangelpunkt sind die harten Matratzen, vier fanden alle vier, dass die Matratzen zu hart sind, da gibt’s beim Punkt Ausstattung glatt zwei Punkte Abzug, sonst alles top.

Zwei Nächte mit der Familie, super zentral, hilfsbereites und sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer schön und grösstenteils sauber. Einziger Nachteil, unser Zimmerfenster ging in einen sehr kleinen „Innenhof“ mit wenig Frischluft und etwas laut, deshalb blieb das Fenster bei uns Nachts zu.

Gutes Hotel an der Piazza

Das Hotel ist hübsch und sauber. Das Frühstück ist a la Carte und wirklich gut. Das einzige was wir schade fanden ist fehlende Tee/Kaffee Station im Zimmer und der Hotel- und Zimmerschlüssel ist per Handy, das war mühsam. Und wenn der Akku leer ist kommt man nicht mehr ins Zimmer.
