"Front desk lady was rude and not accommodating. We knew they were under construction but didn’t know till we got there the hot tub was going to be closed and the lady was rude about it and said we should have known. Room was clean. Lots of loud noises cuz of construction."

The property accepted pets yet I received an email letting me know my credit card was charged $60.00 extra dollars, the morning of check out. "

"We only got clean towels when requested. No one cleaned the room. My room amenities charge was $500 and no one could fix it. Breakfast bar was poor. Coffee was was weak "

"The floor has some white specs look like paint it hadn’t been swept. Only the bed had been made, and the counter hadn’t been wiped off not the bathroom cleaned. I guess whoever cleaned it felt like it was clean enough to just make the bed."
