โI loved the artsy vibe the hotel had and the area near the hotel had. I also loved that they gave me the room very early since my cruise had us go off the boat early. Also they let me stay 1 hour more in my room since my flight back home was really late.โ
โImpeccable property. Amenities are five-star, location is exceptional, and the property feels upscale without being absurdly priced. I travel to Miami for work several times a month - this time I brought my wife and kids to enjoy the pool during my long work days. Perfect spot. โ

โThe areas on the rise so you have to be reasonable on it. However the apartment was newly renovated and man was i impressed. The floor had me wanting to redo my tile in my house upon return. โ
โThis company completely ruined my vacation. To sum everything up as short as possible, we got a room that didnโt have working appliances. Contacted this host and they gave me no solutions and refused to refund me my money or move me into a new room. We spent money on food we had to throw out because stove/microwave didnโt work. They even sent somebody to confirm the appliance didnโt work and still nothing to accommodate. Each day I reached during my stay and I was told the same thing about...

There is nothing more I need other than the desire to stay one more day!! They made me feel comfortable by checking to see if I needed anything through messages. We are extremely grateful to Janna, Fernando, and Domenica for their attentive care and assistance. Also, the housekeeper cleaned the room so perfectly that I liked it. Next time I come to Miami, I definitely want to stay at this hotel."
